Extruder Division of company produce machinery with mature technology. Extruder consists of three parts: main machine, TCU, electrical control enclosure.
This machine could mix, extrude rubber material as required profile, equipped with various types of heads. It applies in extrusion for cable rubberizing, sealing parts as well as winding strip for OTR.
Extruder is divided into single machine and complex machine group, covering cold feed pin extruder, hot feed extruder, general extruder , vent type extruder .
Most of our machines are provided with tire manufacturers nationwide. Some are delivered to tire plant and rubber part producers in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Brazil.
